At Tip Top Packing Co., we are committed to delivering our high-quality smoked and raw meats to you in the freshest and safest condition. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding your order.

1. Shipping Requirements for Cooked and Raw Meat

To ensure the quality and safety of our products:

  • Cooked and Raw Meat Orders: We require 1-2 day shipping for all orders containing cooked or raw meat. This is to maintain proper temperature control during transit.
  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following week to ensure freshness.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The weight of your order.
  • Your location.
  • The shipping method selected (1- or 2-day shipping).

3. Packaging and Handling

  • All orders are carefully packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep products at the proper temperature during transit.
  • We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive fresh and safe.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Timely Pickup: Once your package is delivered, it is your responsibility to promptly refrigerate or freeze the product. We are not liable for spoilage if the package is left unattended.
  • Missed Deliveries: If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or if the package is not retrieved, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
