Tip Top Packing Co. sends transactional order-status text messages (order received, order ready for pickup, invoice ready) to customers who choose to receive them.
How you opt in: when placing an order, you may check the optional "Text me order updates" box on our online order (cut sheet) form and provide your mobile number. Providing SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Tip Top Packing Co.
Message frequency: typically 1–3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.
