What we smoke
Smoked links: German, Green Onion, Cajun, Original, Hot Link (our 1947 recipe), Jalapeño & Cheese, Pineapple Habanero. Others on request.
Other sausage: smoked summer sausage, jalapeño cheese summer sausage, snack sticks.
Other items: smoked & sliced pork bacon, smoked brisket, smoked & sliced beef bacon, fresh breakfast sausage, fresh links.
Inquire only: hams, turkeys, beef tallow, brisket queso, chili. These are not on the 25 lb sausage minimum — call and ask.
What we don't do
No harvest — process and smoke only. No Choice+ sourcing, no grinding-only jobs. We smoke finished product under your brand.
Who we smoke for
Ranchers, meat markets, and processors send us product under their own brands every week. We'll run your label the same way. Partner plants stay anonymous in public copy.
