About Us

This facility was originally founded in 1947 as Tyler Packing Co, this facility served mainly as a kill plant and sausage making facility for its first 40 years. In 1988, Tyler Pack shut their kill plant down and focused only on making sausage, bacon, ham, and chili to serve grocers all across East Texas. In 2020 the company changed to Tip Top Packing Co. and began an R&D program with their sister company, The Country Meat Market. Since then we have put out numerous new products such as slow smoked pork tenderloin, smoked boneless pork loin, jalapeno & cheese link, german links, bacon links, fresh pork belly, beef links, brisket queso, and many others!

 

Today, Tip Top Packing Co. makes many different products that serve markets and grocers throughout East Texas and Louisiana, we process beef and pork for numerous local ranchers, we private label and smoke beef links, chili, brisket queso, beef brisket, and many other items for ranchers to sell out of their stores!
