    • Standard Processing $1.25/lb hanging weight
    • All items vacuum sealed, weighed, dated, and labeled with your own logo.

    Basic Processing includes:
    ● Personalized Cutting Order – You get it done the way you want it, steak
    thickness, size of roasts, and percentage of fat in your ground beef. Including amazing services of cooked, ready-to-eat product from our 77 year seasoned smokers.
          o We will walk you through the process, so you get your cattle
             processed exactly the way you want it!
    ● USDA Resale: We are a USDA facility we can input your logo into our label machine and put your logo on each package so you can resell at your store.
    ● Vac Sealing in high-quality material and packaged the way you want it – how
    many steaks per package, etc., great in the freezer for over a year & for easy thawing process.
    ● Normal hang time from kill date is 10-14 days, but we will hang to your specifications.
